Helix Training is a strength and conditioning gym rooted in the Corvallis community and built for people who want a varied but structured fitness experience. We specialize in smart, results-driven training that adapts to the individual, not the other way around. Our class sizes are small by design and our program is intentionally designed, every session coached with purpose, and every member supported as a whole human. At Helix, we don’t just train bodies, we develop confidence, resilience, and longevity so our members can move better, feel stronger, and show up more fully in their lives - today and for long haul.
