What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you type. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask about training, to keep track of the conversation in our member system (PushPress).

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It tells us which pages people visit so we can improve the site.

Third-party content

Some pages load content from other companies: Google Maps (the map), Google Fonts (the typeface), PushPress (the class calendar and sign-up pages), and a Google review widget. Those services may set their own cookies or record that your browser loaded them, under their own privacy policies.

Booking and payments

Class booking and payments happen on PushPress, our member management system. PushPress's own privacy policy applies there.

Health information

Please don't share medical details through the contact form. We'll talk about your history in person before your first class.
