You’ve learned the moves… now let’s turn them into superpowers!!
This 8-week series helps you build muscle, get stronger, and feel totally at home with the lifts you learned in our Intro class. We’ll keep the main movements consistent so your body can practice, adapt, and level up through progressive overload and better form. Together, we’ll navigate when to add reps, increase the weight, or tack on another set.
To spice things up, we’ll add in fresh challenges for Power, Agility, and Brain Gainz — because strength isn’t just muscles, it’s coordination and confidence too.

Helix regulars, new lifters, and curious humans are all welcome! This is a great tune-up if you already train at Helix and want to refine your form, explore lift variations, and experience something a little different in a focused 8-week series.
This class meets 1 x per week and includes an extra (optional) day of bodyweight programming you can do at home.
